As an independent compounding pharmacy, Lauden Integrative Pharmacy strives to ship our
patients’ prescriptions in a reasonable time frame with proper packaging in order that they may
receive their medication in the best condition.
We are now reinstating our signature requirement due to complaints of package theft after delivery. Please understand that this policy is to ensure that you receive your medication. This policy is nonnegotiable for all controlled substances.
*To track your package, please confirm your email address with us at the time of placing your
refill order and we will email your tracking number.
*We do not issue refunds for damaged or lost packages. You will need to contact UPS for
reimbursement for such packages. Please do not sign for visibly damaged packages.

Ground Delivery
We ship all orders ‘ground’ which averages 2-3 business days for arrival. Prices for this service
range from $15-$23 depending on the recipient’s address. The service price for a ‘refrigerated’
package is $25.
Expedited Delivery
If you would like expedited shipping, ie: next day delivery, Saturday, or Sunday delivery; please
contact our pharmacy clerk at 831-462-9880 option 5 for a price quote.
Please Note: Our pharmacy only ships within the state of California to business and
residential addresses. We do not ship to P.O boxes.
Please Note: A 72 hour minimum is required for all prescriptions refills. This does not include shipping time. Please plan accordingly to ensure you receive your shipment on time.
