As an independent compounding pharmacy, Lauden Integrative Pharmacy strives to ship our patients’ prescriptions in a reasonable time frame with proper packaging in order that they may receive their medication in the best condition.

A signature will be required for all controlled substances.

To track your package, please confirm your email address with us at the time of placing your refill order and UPS will email your tracking number.

We do not issue refunds for damaged or lost packages. You will need to contact UPS for reimbursement for such packages. Please do not sign for visibly damaged packages.

Ground Delivery

We ship all orders ‘ground’ which averages 2-3 business days for arrival. Standard ground shipping is $15. The service price for a ‘refrigerated’ package is $20.

Expedited Delivery

If you would like expedited shipping, ie: next day delivery, Saturday, or Sunday delivery; please contact our pharmacy clerk at 831-462-9880 option 4 for a price quote.
