To refill your prescription please complete the refill form. All refill requests require 72 hours to complete. Your refill will NOT be processed if you do not have refills remaining or if your refills have expired. If you are out of refills or your refills have expired, we will request authorization from your doctor. Please check in with us to make sure that we have received authorization from your doctor. You will receive a call or text to the phone number on file as soon as your prescription is ready.
We must have a credit card on file to process all refills and new prescription orders. Please call us with your credit card information at 831-462-9880.
